The Franklin County Home Builders Association’s (FCHBA) Web site. Our site is designed to provide information for members, prospective members and  those who have an interest in building or buying a home in Franklin County.

The housing industry continues to play a major role in the county's economic recovery. Our FCHBA Builders and Associates are part of that industry and are contributing to the economic health of our local economy including Franklin County.In addition, members of the Franklin County Home Builders Association are very active within the community.  We are involved with Habitat for Humanity, The Franklin County Schools, sponsoring the Designers of Tomorrow program, raising money for Hurricane victims, raising money for childrens charities, and have donated time and material for the construction of the schools baseball dugouts.  We continue to stay involved with the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce and many of the County-sponsored events.
